Shipping Costs

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 5,90 € per order (incl. statutory VAT), regardless of weight and order value. All prices in the shop are gross prices and include German VAT of 19 %.

Delivery

Delivery is made by parcel service Deutsche Post. The expected delivery time is 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment (for prepayment) or after conclusion of the contract. Partial deliveries are possible; no additional shipping costs will be incurred by you for these.

We deliver to Germany and the EU. The delivery countries selectable during the ordering process are decisive.

Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us promptly. Failure to file a complaint has no consequences for your statutory claims, in particular your warranty rights; however, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.

Returns / Right of Withdrawal
